Service Description

Your basecamp for the trails. This clean, comfortable 3-bedroom / 2-bath house sleeps your whole crew and sits close to the trailheads — park the rig, ride all day, relax all night. Trailer parking on site. Request your dates below and we'll confirm availability before your card is charged.

Cancellation Policy

2-night minimum · $150/night base rate. Reservations are by request — we confirm availability before you're charged. Once approved, the balance (remaining nights + cleaning fee + any taxes) is sent via a secure payment link. Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 11:00 AM. No smoking indoors. Please rinse rigs and boots before coming inside.
